Our account manager increased our ROA for all of our PPC accounts, and we continue to see improvements as new campaigns are introduced.

Our account manager updates me weekly as well as having a weekly call to go through their progress, discuss new ideas, and ask for my feedback.

Our account manager is gold. He is intelligent, analytical, and really well-versed in all paid ad platforms.

They have a very data-driven culture with a sense of accountability to stated goals. We have weekly status calls which help us make sure we're driving towards the best outcome for our firm.

They have strong expertise in search engine rankings, and they also focus on PPC. The thought leadership of their CEO is impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There could be tighter controls around what constitutes a lead. For example, someone may click on a link on one of our landing pages and decide not to engage with us over the phone. These have been counted as leads historically, but these interactions afford us no opportunity to engage with the target.
