As a standard operating procedure in our organization, we first conduct an assessment on different vendors and score them according to our set metrics. Once we have shortlisted our vendors, we then send out our Scope of Work and Project Expectations along with a Request for Proposal. We look into different factors when selecting a vendor such as how established a company is, which companies they worked within the past, cost of services/goods, customer reviews, value stream map, as well as cost-effectiveness of the solution.

Our engagement started in the Discovery Phase. We had to discuss the current state of the sales and marketing department, what were the initiatives we've conducted in the past, along with the future state/goals of the organization. Based on this, KlientBoost came up with a recommended strategy that includes a very specific strategy on how to improve our digital presence. This includes a methodic approach in ads management, backlinking, etc. Our key objective is to increase the number of qualified leads that come through our website, and so far, we have achieved this through KlientBoost.

They assigned a Project Manager who acts as our main point of contact. We also work with an SEO and PPC Specialist who presents the strategy to us.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Since we started our engagement with KlientBoost, we have seen a tremendous amount of improvement in our online presence. Within the first few months, we can already see difference on the quality of leads that we get in our website.

Reliable & data-driven partner for us to continually improve our marketing efforts. The results speak for themselves, increasing our leads from day 1. They are a big improvement over our previous agency. We primarily communicate via email and their team has shown professionalism and efficiency.

Klientboost has most recently worked on optimizing our website with our PPC efforts, they’re exceeding our expectation with reporting analytics and assistance with bridging the gap between traffic and leads. They make time to meet with any little mishaps and steer you in the direction to assist you in not just reaching your companies goals but exceeding them! Their customer service and attention come second to none! Our PPC and SEO efforts are actually being tracked and optimized to convert into leads.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

For now, everything has been done according to our expectations and we can't be any more pleased with the results. So there's nothing we'd like to change, as of today.

We were looking to capitalize on a large amount of search volume as well as large audience sizes on Facebook and Instagram. We wanted to drive ads and generate leads for our business.

I did a survey of 20 different firms with introductory calls and interviews. KlientBoost was laser-focused on what they do; they’re not trying to be an end all be all marketing company. The size was also perfect. Finally, their reviews on Clutch and other sites were also really positive.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent $25,000 so far. They charge $5,000 per month.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2021, and our work is still ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

KlientBoost helped me define a lead acquisition cost from the start. Our goal was $150 per lead, and they’ve been able to get that price point down to $90 per lead. The team is also able to market to 100 times the audience size.

They got us to a good place quickly. I have all the confidence in the world that they’ll keep driving costs down. Now, we’re able to scale much larger than I anticipated.

How did KlientBoost perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve done a really great job so far. The team uses Asana and takes care of all of our project management. We have a shared Slack channel for quick communication. On a regular cadence, we get reporting to make sure we’re hitting our targets. They’re very communicative and keep things on time and on budget.

Their size and focus stand out.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Whenever I give them feedback, they always change. I don’t have anything for them to specifically improve on.  

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Make sure that you’re budgeting enough money. Also, make sure you have a long enough vision to let them do their jobs without interference. Don’t micromanage them. Let them come up with ideas that you might not have had. They’re a data-driven shop.

Since beginning work with KlientBoost, we've seen conversions (demos booked) and impressions rise significantly.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The account manager we were assigned is proactive in their approach and provides regular optimization and testing recommendations. We connect once a week on a Zoom call and use a Slack channel for regular communication.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their proactive approach and willingness to test new copies have helped boost our paid media efforts significantly. It's also helped keep our team honest in completing action items in a timely manner.

Are there any areas for improvement?

My only recommendation (other than speed of requests fulfilled) is an up-to-date dashboard with weekly/monthly/quarterly metrics that I can use to report out to the rest of the team.

They’re responsive and communicative. They listen to us and what we need. We had to pivot mid-way through the project and they adjusted to our needs. Originally, we were focused on driving traffic to landing pages, but we decided the best course of action was on-site SEO.

We used Asana, which let me see what they were working on in real-time. We also have an update call every two weeks. Their communication methods were very effective.

Their knowledge of Facebook is impressive. We’ve worked with other agencies that had the strategy, but they weren’t able to deliver results.

KlientBoost told us exactly what they were going to do, and they delivered. We saw the results.

We’re interested in testing other different campaign strategies to see what will work. That’s something we would want to accelerate a bit. Testing out ideas more quickly would be a good thing to start.

Set very clear objectives. Make sure they know exactly what you’re looking for so there won’t be any confusion.

Our challenge is that the traditional agent tries to hold listing information as a barrier to entry and collects "leads" to prospected and convince them they are the right person to work with. I have had the same amazing ad development team from the start. The primary account rep meets with me monthly to cover anything we need to discuss, test or change. Her direct supervisor checks in but is unnecessary.

I know she leverages the rest of her team to answer any questions I might have or find solutions for our outcomes.

We have generated thousands of contacts that have created dozens of future clients. Just now, we are working with 8 individuals to achieve their real estate goals. they have helped lower lead cost but also identify higher quality opportunities.

They run their project management through Asana and I actually already used the system so it was a very easy transition. Without any knowledge of the system, you would still be able to adapt quickly to their organization of the project.

The systematic organization of everything they do. Companies can strive for some of the customer service practices that KB has used during our time partnering.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Everything has been great, I couldn't ask for more on the marketing side. Having a deeper understanding of what has worked for other real estate teams in similar markets would be great but they can't do everything for you!

They exceeded all the goals that we collectively set with KlientBoost. We expected an improvement of over 20% in our lead volume and we were able to hit over 35% increase in the newly originated leads.

They meet the timelines that we set together. They have good online platforms to have a transparent process and we have weekly online zoom meetings to go over the results and share feedback with each other.

They have an experienced team with proven work methods that they follow to guarantee the results. It is difficult to quantify the improvements with most competitive firms and they have great systems in place to make it happen.

Not really an area for improvement but we plan to add more of their services to our mix to support the results and expand the partnership. We are talking to their related team members about video production and email campaigns.

Extensive research and vetting on sites like this. They had incredibly solid reviews and as I like to see, practiced what they preach. Ultimately though, it was their business systems, clear communication, and upfront contract that sold me over a competitor that I'd originally been leaning towards.

Monthly retainer plus percentage of ad spend. They launched our ad accounts, built out the custom audiences, landing pages, and ads. Part of the challenge was that we were selling a legitimately germicidal product during a time where the ad platforms were restricting similar products.

While I worked with a lot of their team, the vast majority of communication was through our stellar account manager (Kyle). We had short weekly calls during the first few months of our engagement which fit my extremely busy schedule perfectly and helped prevent things from falling behind schedule.

Achieved upwards of 13 ROAS during the Christmas season, and averaged around 5-6 during the slower parts of the year. Overcame the initial challenges with account creation during a volatile time

Perhaps the thing I appreciated most about Klientboost, aside from the people, was the strong communication system in place to insure that everyone was on the same page and things were transparent.

Similar to the previous comment, it was the strong policies and communication steps that Klientboost has built into their culture. These fostered strong working relationships that helped us succeed.

I know they're working on this now, but we'd like to have seen a greater marriage between ad management and content creation. Ultimately the bottleneck for our growth was our lack of content.

Since working with KlientBoost, we have increased our overall lead volume and qualified lead volume from social tremendously. Our engagement on social has also dramatically increased.

The most impressive thing about KlientBoost is their industry experience, their streamlined processes, and their desire to constantly test and try new initiatives.
