I asked them to evaluate my existing prototype and to then turn it into a user friendly interface, in addition to adding new user flows to the app. They delivered on the core receipt scanning flow as well as the groups flow, and settings. All had many use cases that were covered in their designs. They also delivered on the overall design, including color palette, fonts, etc.

No measurable outcomes necessarily. I asked for UI/UX work and they collaborated with me to create exactly what I was looking for.

Project management was very good. They clearly defined scope for the project and also kept me in the know on what they were working on. They asked for my inputs and feedback often and made sure all my opinions and feedback were taken into account and incorporated. We met periodically to review progress. The project's site needed a refresh (re-branding and re-launch). Thus it needed logo design, branding, website design and development. A design that fits the requirements of connecting two rather seperate worlds: the world of rarities' collectors and the world of crypto investors. The main goal of having such a presence was to attract visitors, and keep users as members of the community (-> join social media).

We were working closely together. From the first day on we were in constant contact mainly over the application Figma where I could see the (visual) progress and make comments. Explanations, answers to the comments were given in a timely manner.

The task was to create a corporate design and brand style from scratch and based on this, develop a multifunctional, multi-page website for our project. Approximately 30 unique illustrations, various business schemes, and animations were developed for the site. The website was built from scratch using React/Next.js without using any CMS. Significant work was also done to interact with our API to display a large amount of data from our platform in real time on the site. Additionally, several completely unique functional elements were developed, such as an interactive project tokenomics and an interactive roadmap.
Additionally, great attention was given to responsive design to ensure that all site elements look good on any device, from smartphones and tablets to desktop versions with different screen resolutions. Care was also taken to optimize the site both in terms of performance and for good SEO optimization.
The Arounda Team handled all the tasks perfectly 10/10 from me. Their work is outstanding!

The development process was so fast and efficient that we managed to implement significantly more than originally planned within the established deadlines. The website is already fulfilling its tasks, helping to attract new users, as well as partners and investors.

The development was not only completed within the established deadlines but was also exceeded. Arounda managed to incorporate many additional tasks that were not part of the original plan and emerged during the development process.

What impressed us the most was their experience and how quickly they picked up and developed our rather basic ideas. When you outsource a project, you don't always have a final vision of how everything should look, and you hope the company can create that vision for you. The Arounda team excelled in this regard, they were able to grasp the project's concept and propose many cool ideas.
Additionally, their organization and system of daily reports were impressive. Throughout the process, every team member working on the project sent daily reports on the day's results and plans for the next day. We could also track the design development process in Figma in real time. This allowed us to quickly make adjustments to the development process and provide comments in real time, significantly saving time on the entire project.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Arounda could have done differently?
Honestly, I find it difficult to suggest any areas for improvement because my experience working with Arounda has been overwhelmingly positive. There's always room for improvement, but I am confident that the team is on the right track.

We needed a website redesign that better highlighted the services our business we offer. The site needed to be user friendly and increase conversion rates. This included many service pages, home page, new pages like an about us page, careers page, FAQ and many more that helps our clients navigate our site effectively

Sticking to our timeline, creating a visually appealing design, consistent check ins and collaborative experience designing the site. making sure our input and opinions were heard.

Items were delivered on time, they were actioned quickly and effectively. Even when we added work and ideas the overall timeline was not impacted much.

The had great skill in web design. They were not only able to design the website brilliantly but they were also able to do the development work which is amazing. Strong communicators as well. with weekly check ins to make sure i was updated on their progress

Not in my opinion, all expectations were met or exceeded, great group of people.
