What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The project has not been complete, we have been messed around for multiple months with no work getting done. The agreement was to to complete the UI/UX design in 4 weeks and we are now 2 months later with only around 5% of app pages designed with nothing delivered following the very clear requirements and overall lacking heavily in quality or any care. Even our own development team took the time to show how they could do better work then what we paid this company! In-addition we have requested a refund over a month and half ago, instead they requested another chance to try and improve but instead of taking our generosity they took a 2 week break working on other projects while knowing we had a very strict deadline due to scheduled events and developments. After coming back after 2 weeks they didn't change, didn't follow any of the requirements and continued to deliver the very poor quality work that didn't follow anything we had asked. Now 2 weeks ago we requested a refund of the full amount as nothing delivered is of any use, doesn't even achieve minimal quality that any UI/UX designer should deliver to a client, follows none of our requirements or what was asked and is a complete mess. They have refused to issue a refund and take responsibility for the fact they are responsible and instead want us the client to cover the costs of their inability to follow information, follow the requirements, follow the timeline and deliver minimally acceptable quality.

This was the worst UI/UX design experience for me and my team. We have never seen such a bad UI/UX designer, after working with 15+ designers over the last 5 years I have never seen such lack of care to quality, following clients information, following requirements and overall delivering little to no work. They didn't resolve any of the issues, instead they would say they would but never did after 7-10 times repeating myself regarding the issues.

Yes, they should:
Follow the clients requirements and information very clearly and don't do their own random thing;
Get designers that have experience in UI/UX design, because any random person could do the same as they are delivering if not better;
Don't lie to the client or try to scam the client out of their money for their own lack of ability to follow the requirements and information of the work.
Deliver on time and actually work effectively;
Deliver actual quality work, rather then work that lacks any minimal quality and is cleary just done to try and make money rather then deliver the client something of use and of value.

They managed the whole communication process very well; with a mix of videos and slack daily messages. Everything was designed in Figma where we could access on a daily basis to check developments and progresses. They were reporting milestones on a daily and on a weekly basis.

Considering the limited scope of the project and the limited amount of time and money they did great. With more time and a bigger budget we could have improved further but what they've done was enough to meet our expectations.
